Good news for everyone fed up with the snow and ice shellacking the nation: Spring is coming early! Well, at least according to America's most respected groundhog weather forecasters. None of the top subterranean soothsayers, including Punxsutawney Phil of Pennsylvania (pictured), Staten Island Chuck of New York, General Beauregard Lee of Georgia, and Birmingham (Ala.) Bill, saw his shadow yesterday. Let's hear it for totally unscientific, rodent-inspired forecasts!
