Six-time eating champ Takeru Kobayashi will sit out this year’s Nathan’s Famous International Hot Dog Eating competition on Coney Island due to a contract dispute with event organizers. But that doesn’t mean he’s out of the picture. Kobayashi will compete against his challengers remotely via a live satellite feed of the contest on the roof of 230 Fifth, a Manhattan bar.
