For all you yogis and aspiring ones out there, get into the lotus position as The Daily continues its four-part yoga series with Hilaria Thomas, power yoga instructor and co-owner of New York’s Yoga Vida. This week, in part 2, she tackles a trouble area for most: the quads, aka thighs. The mini-workout she’s designed will take less than 10 minutes flat and is designed for all levels. Thomas’ method stresses strengthening and stretching simultaneously by holding a posture, releasing it, then getting active again in order to “create really long, lean muscles.” Follow along on your iPad!
