Conan O’Brien is the most liked celebrity boss in Hollywood, while the man who ousted him from “The Tonight Show,” Jay Leno, is the most loathed, according to a new poll by TempDiaries.com.
The survey of respondents — who mostly work in the TV and movie businesses — also listed 50 Cent, Adam Carolla and Kevin Spacey as “most liked.”
“When 50 Cent, a guy who’s an admitted drug dealer and has been shot three times, makes the most liked list, you know Hollywood is a tough town,”Temp X, the anonymous blogger behind the 2011 Brown List, told Flash.
Joining Leno as “least liked” were Tom Cruise and George Lopez, who have already suffered enough lately. Cruise’s “Knight and Day” bombed at the box office, while TBS recently canceled “Lopez Tonight.”
As for non-celeb execs, George Furla of Emmett/Furla Films, which produced the recent “Conan the Barbarian” turkey, was voted most liked, while his partner Randall Emmett was least liked.
“What must it be like to work at Emmett/Furla Films?” Temp X wondered. “If a company could be considered bipolar, this must be it.”
