The 3-D treatment of the Disney classic “Beauty and the Beast” hits theaters this weekend. Since all the kids who were minors when the cartoon debuted in 1991 can drink legally these days, we thought a tea cocktail — in honor of Mrs. Potts (voiced by Angela Lansbury), the fine lady-teapot in charge of the castle kitchens who watches over Belle — would be in order. Aliya LeeKong, a classically trained chef who now writes recipes for home cooks, shared her smoked Earl Grey cocktail with The Daily.
