NFL magazine teased Her Madgesty’s set list in its new issue with this less-than-subtle hint: “Though Madonna’s set list was not officially announced at press time, fans might expect her to give all her luvin’, provide a ray of light and be in vogue with her music.”
Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj indicated she’ll join Madonna, Cirque du Soleil peformers, and party-boy rockers LMFAO onstage Sunday in Indianapolis, by tweeting: “Super Bowl rehearsals w/the Queen ;).” Minaj and Madge are so tight that they kiss in the video for “Give Me All Your Luvin’,” which also features M.I.A.
Elton John, who will make his own Super Bowl appearance in the Pepsi commercial with “The X Factor” winner Melanie Amaro — as Flash revealed on Friday — got predictably catty on “Good Morning America” yesterday. Sir Elton wished Madonna “Good luck lip-synching,” then sniffed that he has “never seen a decent” halftime show.
