90,000 square feet of Matrix synthetic turf worth $225,000, with an elastic shock pad and drainage system. Six camera locations with three remote-operated pan-tilt-zoom cameras.

OBSERVATION DECK
Modeled after the premium “party deck” at FedEx Field in Washington.

SCOREBOARD
79 feet wide by 45 feet tall, mounted on four 22-foot pillars, with a high-definition video screen and backlit panels for sponsors’ names.

PARKING LOT
5,025 parking spaces covering the space between the school and the stadium.

SEATS
18,000: 9,000 on the home side, 5,000 on the visitors and 4,000 behind an end zone; 8,000 reserved seats will have metal backs.

FACILITIES
Four food concession stands with 42 serving lines; restrooms with 260 toilets.
